Bari Oderinde
Bari Oderinde, MSN, APRN, FNP-C has a diverse clinical background spanning several years. From working as a Trauma Nurse to working in Skilled Nursing Units, visiting various Assisted Living Facilities to help prevent and reduce elderly hospitalizations. She has practiced in healthcare since 2007.. She has honed the skills in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic health conditions, conducting comprehensive health assessments, and promoting preventative care. She also has had a deep understanding of the importance of collaboration with patients and their family members, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare journey with Geriatric Medicine. Her dedication to providing quality care is complemented by excellent communication skills, which foster a strong patient-provider relationship built on trust and respect.
She actively contributes to healthcare outreach programs, raising awareness and improving healthcare access for underserved populations.
She enjoys and dedicates her time to family, fitness, and mindfulness practices, nurturing a well-balanced life to sustain her passion for providing exceptional healthcare.
Janet Tetteh
Janet M. Tetteh, FNP-C who has been working in the Medical Field since 2005. Her background experiences include Acute Care Hospital settings, Home Health Agencies, Assisted Living and Independent Living Facilities. As a FNP-C, Janet is able to treat patients of all ages. She has a special interest in caring for the elderly. To her there isn’t anything more rewarding than helping people, especially those who are at their most vulnerable. Janet looks forward to helping her patients and their family members experience relief and healing and to getting back to their desired level of health.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and shopping!
Temi Ojo
Temi Ojo, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Her career in healthcare started 17 years ago as a care coordinator of a Home Health Agency. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Texas at Arlington and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. Her healthcare experience includes Home Health, Hospice, Pediatrics, Med-Surg, Telemetry, Oncology, Chemotherapy and IVIG infusions. Despite years of bedside nursing in hospitals, her true passion lies in providing quality, evidence-based, compassionate care to elderly patients in their homes. In her spare time, Temi enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.

We can conduct a variety of screenings to help formulate a plan to help improve the mental and physical health for our patients. Screenings include, depression, cognitive, daily activities just to name a few.
Virtual Visits
We offer Telehealth visits online with internet access via your computer, tablet or smartphone. The service is available based on the reason for the visit.
Referrals
For any condition that our team can't directly manage, we will send a referral to a specialist office. We also have great relationships with many different Home Health Agencies, Hospice Agencies and DME Companies to ensure all the needs of our patients are met.
Laboratory & Radiology Services
We work with several laboratory and radiology companies who offer mobile services. This allows our patients to still get high quality care in the comfort of their own home.
Allergy Testing
We work with Alliance Medical Partners to provide Allergy Testing and Treatment. An allergy test is an exam performed by a trained allergy specialist to determine whether your body has an allergic reaction to a known substance.
